Ogilvy Canada Selects Daly As Chief Strategy Officer

Ogilvy Canada just named Jeremy Daly its Chief Strategy Officer.

Daly will work across various offices for clients including Mondelez, TD Bank, Unilever, Hellmann’s, Absolut and Kimberly-Clark.

Daly has held posts at Droga5, Havas, Mekanism, and Wieden+Kennedy. He began his career at Ogilvy Toronto, later leading digital strategy for IBM in New York.

Anibal Casso, Chief Strategic Officer for Ogilvy North America, said Daly’s “deep understanding of brands, culture, and consumer behavior will be an incredible asset to our people and clients alike.”

This year, Ogilvy Canada created two Super Bowl ads for TD Bank, work for Absolut Vokda and was part of the global agency team behind Dove’s “Cost of Beauty” film, which addressed the rise in youth mental health issues linked to social media.

“Ogilvy Canada is on a creative tear with award-winning and culturally impactful campaigns,” added Daly, whose work includes Charles Schwab’s “Talk to Chuck,” ”Dos Equis ‘Most Interesting Man” and Delta’s “Keep Climbing.”

Ogilvy is a WPP company.
