The consolidation will utilize AI tools and platforms to more efficiently create personalized content globally at scale, the company said.
Netzley has led Havas direct response agency Havas Edge for the last six years. Ward has been London-based Global CEO Havas Studios since 2021.
The new outfit is already winning business including a remit (jointly with agency BETC Luxe) to create an international brand campaign for Champagne brand Dom Perignon. The work is scheduled to break in the second half of 2024 and the effort will include new brand ambassadors to replace Lenny Kravitz and Lady Gaga.
Prose On Pixels France also recently created a new ad for Lacoste featuring tennis great Novak Djokovic.
