Cyntexa, a Salesforce consulting company, has formed a strategic partnership with iContact, an email marketing platform integrated with Salesforce.
The goal is to help marketers send personalized email campaigns and track results without leaving Salesforce.
Cyntexa offers a native integration with Salesforce mass email.
Companies can now use iContact’s platform to send effective emails directly within Salesforce’s Lightning Edition without learning new software, Cyntexa says.
In addition, iContact templates are stored within Salesforce, streamlining contact management, it adds. Leads and contacts are also integrated.
The firms hope to help clients create “impactful and personalized email campaigns that drive exponential growth and resounding success for businesses,” says Tanushri Goyal, head of growth and strategy at Cyntexa.
