Dunkin’ this summer is adding wraps to its menu and bringing back a few items.
On June 21, Dunkin’ introduced its summer menu, which includes the Salted Caramel Cold Brew, the Caramel Chocolate Doughnut and Dunkin Wraps, which are available in two flavors.
The Chorizo & Egg Wrap includes a combination of vegetables, eggs, chorizo, black beans and a mild spicy cheese sauce, served in a red pepper lavash wrap. The Chicken & Roasted Pepper Wrap is comprised of diced chicken breast, roasted poblano peppers and cheese sauce in a lavash wrap.
The wraps retail for $4.89 each, a fair bit cheaper than Starbucks’ Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap, which sells for $6.25.
The main difference between competing wraps is Dunkin’s choice of lavash bread, Armenian flatbread that is slightly larger than a standard tortilla.
