Marcus Thomas Ups Chapin To President

Scott Chapin, COO of Cleveland-based independent agency Marcus Thomas has been promoted to president. He’ll work closely with and report to CEO Nancy Hill.
Chapin spent12+ years at digital marketing agency DigiKnow, which was acquired by Marcus Thomoas in 2011.

He was named senior vice president analytics at Marcus Thomas in October of 2012, a role he held for nearly seven years. He was named partner in 2015 and COO in 2019.
Hill, the former 4A’s chief who joined the agency as CEO in May 2022 said having an operations expert as her partner will allow her to focus more externally to grow the agency.
