Emplifi has released a tool that it says provides customer data in an accessible format.
The new solution -- Unified Analytics -- aggregates, analyzes and presents customer data, the
firm says.
The goal is to provide an “engine for analyzing and presenting data from diverse customer touchpoints in one unified view,” says Emplifi CMO Zarnaz
Arlia.
Arlia adds: “Marketing, commerce and care professionals, department heads, and executives can escape the data maze, leveraging one platform for analytics
and reporting across multiple data sources.”
Unified Analytics pulls together social media data, customer service and care case management data, Voice of Customer
insights, and influencer marketing analytics, the firm says.
The company cites statistics showing that 80% of marketing leaders cite operational efficiency as their top
near-term strategic objective.
