Valtech Selects Schroder As Chief Collaboration Officer To Foster Agency Growth

Valtech named Suzanne Schroder its first Chief Collaboration Officer.

Headquartered in London with global offices in New York, the digital agency counts Sanitas, Head & Shoulders, Pantene and Atlas Copco as clients.

Schroder is assigned responsibility for the agency's internal growth and driving employee engagement, and will report to Olivier Padiou, Valtech’s CEO.

Chief Collaboration Officers provide the right tools and resources to support employees and connect their work to organizational success.

As Valtech’s first CCO, Schroder will bring collaboration into the C-suite, while addressing the business transformation challenges of top brands.  A longtime veteran of the agency, Schroder joined Valtech almost three decades ago, managing business units at a regional and global level.

In her new role, she will work closely with Valtech’s diversity and inclusion, sustainability, internal communications, and learning and development teams.

"The pandemic accelerated significant societal change: the rise of hybrid working and a redefinition of the relationship between our home and work lives," said Schroder. "As trends like ‘quiet quitting’ take hold, the pressure is on for businesses to make sure every individual employee, from the top down, feels a sense of belonging and proud to come to work every day. Not only will this allow us to continue delivering great results for clients and retain talent, but it’ll also empower our people through meaningful work.”

Padiou noted "culture and collaboration are tough to teach." The CCO role was created to "propel the business and our industry forward.”
