Canadian heating, ventilating and air conditioning services company Enercare has appointed Stagwell agency Gale as its lead agency following a consolidation review. 

Gale will deliver strategy, brand, media, and CRM for the company as its focuses on digital transformation and sustainability.  

‍Kevin Liu, senior vice president of product and marketing said, “As we build stronger direct relationships with our consumers, Enercare was looking for a partner to help us reach our ambitious goals through modernizing our CRM, overhauling our customer communications and rethinking our data strategy.”  

‍The assignment continues Gale’s new business win streak that includes more than a dozen new clients over the last 12 months, including Dropbox, Cotopaxi and Athenahealth.
