Grubhub Names Walrus Creative Agency

Grubhub, a national on-demand, food-delivery service, has selected Walrus as its creative agency following a competitive pitch.

Walrus will launch a new brand campaign to strengthen Grubhub’s awareness and enhance consumer engagement. The 20-year-old Grubhub was recently acquired by Wonder.

The win adds to Walrus 2025 assignments, which include Breeze Airways, Colgate-Palmolive and General Mills.

Marnie Kahn, head of brand at Grubhub, said the agency's “integrated approach will help us strengthen market share, build deeper relationships that drive long-term value for both diners and restaurant partners, and achieve our growth objectives to expand our leadership in food delivery.”

Grubhub sold in November 2024 for $650 million, a 90% loss over the price paid of $7.3 billion in 2020. "Bringing Wonder and Grubhub together is the next step in our vision to create the super app for meal time, re-envisioning the future of food delivery." said former Walmart CEO Marc Lore in a company press release.
