Mr. Pickles Gin Launches Media Sponsorship, Campaign

Mr. Pickles Gin made its debut in August — and the Eugene, Oregon, distiller is on a roll.

The brand is the official sponsor of the 2023 Biofreeeze USA Pickleball National Championships in Dallas, Nov. 5-12, where 20,000 fans are expected to attend. The gin company will also introduce a new cocktail: "The Pickleball." 

The company is running its first ad campaign, which includes in-venue, digital and broadcast, on The Tennis Channel.

The agency SuperHeroes is responsible for the creative.

Mr. Pickles Gin is named after master distiller Ben Green’s pit bull rescue pup. Locally sourced, the gin is made at the Camas Country Mill. Aside from its triple-distilled white winter wheat spirit base, the botanical mix leads with juniper and includes 11 others such as sencha green tea, blood orange, pink peppercorns and marshmallow root. Some 86 proof, the new gin is available nationwide.



Wolf Spirit owns Mr. Pickles Gin, as well as other premium brands: Puncher's Chance Bourbon, Tom of Finland organic vodka and Blood x Sweat x Tears vodka.

Superheroes' client roster, which targets Gen Z and young millennials, includes Catalina Crunch, LYNX, Door Dash and Lenovo.

USA Pickleball is the national governing body for the sport in the United States.
