California Grown, a trade organization that promotes California agricultural products and those who produce them, tapped Red Door Interactive as its marketing agency partner. The assignment is to help
promote the state's 470 different products.
There was a competitive pitch for the account.
Red Door Interactive will support California Grown’s campaign strategy, creative execution
and paid media management. The agency's first work is expected around April.
California Grown was established in 2001. Today, California, per the organization, supplies more than 50% of
produce in the United States, over 80% of U.S. wine, and ranks first in sustainable dairy production. Some 93% of California farms are family-owned.
“California Grown’s agricultural products are the most sought-after in the world,” said Erika Werner, chief growth officer at Red Door Interactive. “We’re excited for
the opportunity to increase awareness of California’s truly great products.”
Red Door Interactive client work includes Stone Brewing, Titleist, Bosch and Intuit.
