Kari O’Neill, vice president, strategy, at Young & Laramore has also been appointed an agency principal.
O'Neill joined the Indianapolis-based agency in 2016 and has led the agency’s brand strategy and analytics practices for companies such as DEWALT, Rust-Oleum, Trane, Gainbridge and American Standard.
Before joining Young & Laramore, Kari worked at the NCAA and Landor, with global brands Crest and Oral-B.
