
A year after making its biggest
acquisition to date -- buying 150-person Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media
-- privately held PMG this morning announced an even bigger one: 200-person RocketMill, a full-service digital marketing agency based in London.
Aside from expanding its global footprint from
its Texas-based roots, the deal brings PMG's workforce to 900 worldwide.
“Our similarities across people, offering, and ambition made RocketMill an obvious choice for
accelerating our expansion into Europe," states PMG Founder George Popstefanov, who will remain CEO of the combined organization.
Terms were not disclosed, but 14-year-old RocketMill brings a
roster of clients including Dropbox, Skybet, Bare Minerals, Hyundai, Kimberly-Clark, The Telegraph.
