Stagwell’s Brand Performance Network (BxP), has promoted Shannon Pruitt as Global Chief Marketing Officer. In the role she will be responsible for business development, marketing and communications globally for BxP, where she previously served as Global Chief Content & Partnership Innovation Officer.
Having joined the company in 2020, she is credited with spearheading partnerships with platforms like Roblox and Audio. Last year she took the lead on developing Assembly’s Global Diversity & Inclusion initiative, and consolidated the agency’s ESG effort into Assembly Impact.

Prior to joining Stagwell, Pruitt was CMO at The Honest Company and the co-founder and CEO of Dentsu’s The Story Lab. She has also led creative, marketing and business development teams at 19 Entertainment, Mark Burnett Productions, Warner Bros and Octagon.
