Special London Wins Employment Hero's Global Brief

Employment Hero, the HR software, payroll and benefits platform, assigned independent creative agency Special London a global brand brief.

The appointment followed a competitive pitch.

Employment Hero is partnering with Special to create a global brand platform to drive business in key markets, including the U.K., U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.

Employment Hero, founded in 2014, operates across five markets and is used by 300,000 SMEs, totaling more than 2 million employees worldwide. Jennifer Black, partner-CEO of Special London, called Employment Hero “a brand that is truly disrupting the world of work for the better.”

The HR company also launched its Swag app in 2023 to help employees with their finances and work life.

Special began in New Zealand in 2007, but now has hubs in Australia, the U.S., Japan and Europe. Its most recent opening is in London.
