Williams, Lynch Named Co-CEOs, Beardwood&Co

Beardwood&Co, an indie New York branding agency named Sarah Williams and Ryan Lynch as co-CEOs and co-owners.

The transition underscores the agency's commitment to staying independent and fostering talent development within the company. Williams joined in 2006 from Landor, while Lynch came on board in 2009 from?WhatIf! Innovation.

After 20 years as founder and CEO, Julia Beardwood is transitioning into a new role as Chief Growth Officer. She will work with existing clients to fuel brand growth.

Beardwood&Co's work includes Oikos, Enterprise, Choice Organics Tea, Sperry and Eos.
