Independent agencies Mindgruve, based in San Diego and Macarta (Denver) have merged into an agency called MindgruveMacarta.
Combined, the agencies have expertise in performance marketing, retail media and advanced analytics with over 300 staffers. In addition to San Diego and Denver the new entity has offices in Mexico City, São Paulo, Amsterdam, Madrid, and London.
Mindgruve CEO Chad Robley is stepping into the new role of Chairman and CEO of MindgruveMacarta. Mike Hodges, CEO of Macarta, becomes president of the merged company.

Clients include P&G, Colgate-Palmolive, Dupont, Sony, Mattel, 3M, and Wrangler.
The agency says it will bring together industry expertise in consumer, CPG, B2B, healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors as well as platform experience in Google, Meta, Linkedin, Amazon, Walmart and Mercado Libre. The agency is a Google Premier Partner and Amazon Advanced Advertising Partner.
