WPP has recruited Elon Musk, founder of electric car maker Tesla,
rocket company SpaceX and recent acquirer of X (FKA Twitter) to speak at its Cannes Lions seminar (June 18, Lumiere Theater at the Palais des Festivals).
The session, titled ‘Exploring the New Frontiers of Innovation,’ will feature WPP CEO Mark Read in conversation with Musk. The interview will cover the power of technological innovation, how AI is reshaping creativity, business and society, and the future of X.

The holding company also has a venue at the Festival—WPP Beach—where it is hosting a variety of panel sessions and other events throughout the week.
