Dallas Agencies Unite As Uptown Acquires RBA

The Uptown Agency has acquired RBA for an undisclosed sum. Both ad agencies are based in Dallas.

RBA was founded by W. Ross Cromartie and the late Kace Phillips in 2016, and has worked for hundreds of brands, including Golden Chick, Transwestern, Dickey's Barbeque Pit, CBRE, Grayson Whiskey, Purdue University to name a few.

The Uptown Agency will absorb RBA's team and client portfolio.

Joseph Alexander is CEO of The Uptown Agency. Clients include Alto, The University of Texas at Arlington, The Genius Brand, Colliers International, Birdie Bean, Ricoma International, and Toyota Music Factory.
