French Management and AI consulting firm Sia Partners has acquired New York-based full-service digital agency Ready Set Rocket (RSR).

Sia Partners said the move would enable it to “enhance digital and creative strategy assignments across the entire sales funnel by scaling RSR’s capabilities and reaching critical mass on the East Coast.” Raazi Imam is Managing Partner of SiaXperience, the creative and design arm of Sia Partners.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The firm is the latest consultant to enter the U.S. agency sector. Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG and others have long been in the space. And others have their eye on it as well including Tata Consulting Services, which has reportedly been in talks with Interpublic to acquire digital agency R/GA.
Founded in 2009, Ready Set Rocket integrates data, design, and media with storytelling, helping clients to drive their digital transformation efforts.
The agency is led by CEO Lauren Nutt Bello and Partner and Chief Strategy Officer Kitty Tsang. It has worked with companies like BlackRock, Condé Nast, Sweetgreen, Kenvue, and Michael Kors.
As part of the acquisition, Bello will become partner, and Tsang will become managing director at Sia Partners, where in the U.S. it now counts over 600 employees—including 150 design and creativity specialists across 12 locations: Atlanta, the Bay Area, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and Seattle.
“Becoming part of Sia Partners is an incredible opportunity that lets us integrate a global platform and expand our service offerings to better support our clients,” said Bello.
The transaction is the latest move in Sia Partners’ U.S. expansion plan. Earlier this year it acquired Notion Consulting also based in New York.
The firm now operates in 17 locations across North America and intends to expand to 20 locations and grow its U.S. headcount to over 2,000 consultants by 2027.
