Denver-based Cactus has been selected as Hoosier Lottery's AOR for strategy, creative campaigns and media planning/buying.
The first campaign from the partnership, “Team USA,” is timed with the upcoming Paris Olympics — and Olympic swim trials in Indianapolis.
The 30-second "Join The Team" features Rick, busy snacking on a bag of chips as his competitors gear up for the swim race. He's happier playing the new Team USA Scratch Off.
The work running regionally in Indiana across digital, OOH, social, TV, POS, radio, web, email, display, and sponsorship/stadium.
Cactus also holds AOR/lead agency titles for The Colorado and North Carolina state lotteries.

Since its inception in 1989, Hoosier Lottery proceeds have contributed more than $7 billion to various state causes, including local police and firefighters’ pensions, the Teachers’ Retirement Fund and the Lottery Surplus Fund.
