Anomaly's has created new roles and promoted staffers in its West Coast office.
Former partner-Chief Strategy Officer Aisea Laungaue has been named global partner-executive strategy director, a new role.
He will focus on client growth and development across the Anomaly network, as well as address key Los Angeles clients. Laungaue has been based in the LA office since its inception in 2016.
Before that, he worked as head of strategy at Anomaly New York. In between posts, he had a brief tenure with entertainment agency CAA.
In addition, Amanda Feve, formerly partner-Chief Strategy Officer at Anomaly's Amsterdam office, will fill Laungaue's previous role. After a post-pandemic relocation to the U.S., Feve also worked at Media Arts Lab. Now, she works with Khara Wagner, who was upped to partner-CEO.

The office has also hired Finnian O’Neill as managing director. He joins from RAPP, where he led full-funnel integration and data-led performance marketing for B2B clients. Previously, he held senior leadership roles both at FIG and BBH.

The agency's client work includes Mini (BMW), Bud Light, Dick's Sporting Goods and Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
Anomaly has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, London, Berlin and Shanghai.
