New Engen Picks Hill To Oversee Affiliate Marketing

Digital marketing agency New Engen has hired Ashley Hill as its new vice president of affiliate.

Hill has strong agency experience, spending more than six years at Assembly Global. She also held posts at Mercury Media and Social Discovery Ventures.

Her experience building affiliate channels will be key for New Engen as it expands its offerings. The agency recently acquired Acorn Influence and LT Partners, adding influencer and partner marketing to its capabilities.

The company said it manages around $1 billion in annual ad spend.

Lacie Thompson, chief growth officer of New Engen, said Hill was a "phenomenal addition" to the staff and the appointment is "beautifully timed with our ongoing expansion."

In her new role, Hill will handle affiliate marketing strategies, integrate cross-channel experiences and drive innovation. New Engen says her expertise spans multiple categories – from building infrastructure and scaling operations globally to leveraging TikTok and YouTube.
