It’s the second recent acquisition in the region for Stagwell, which last month acquired Tel Aviv-based Leaders, a digital agency specializing in influencer marketing and social commerce.  Other Stagwell agencies, including Assembly Global, Allison, and Forsman & Bodenfors also have presence in the region.

Stagwell Chairman and CEO Mark Penn stated, “Our acquisition of Consulum marks a significant step in expanding Stagwell’s influence and capabilities in MENA as the region’s strategic importance to global marketers continues to grow.”
