McCann Worldgroup Wins Global AOR For Beer Brand Peroni

Interpublic’s McCann Worldgroup has been named global agency of record for Italian beer brand Peroni Nastro Azzurro (PNA), the best-selling Italian beer globally. The account will be led by McCann London. The brand previously worked with London agency Trouble Maker. 

MWG won the business following a competitive pitch run by AAR. It is tasked with developing a creative platform that will serve as the foundation for PNA’s brand narrative across multiple consumer touchpoints and markets spanning the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.

The remit includes creative for the partnership between the brand’s non-alcoholic beer and car maker Ferrari known as Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 x Scudaria Ferrari. McCann will also oversee PNA’s experiential platform.
