Booking.com Books 72andSunny Amsterdam As Global Creative AOR

Booking.com has named 72andSunny Amsterdam its global creative agency of record. The assignment was won after a competitive review.

Led by Hollie Loxley, managing director, the agency is charged with producing a new global brand platform. The incumbent was Zulu Alpha Kilo, per Campaign UK.

“Booking.com plays an incredible role in helping people experience more of the world, and we’re excited to partner with them to bring our creativity, energy and ambition to that opportunity,” said Loxley. “The best work comes from aiming high, staying curious and having the courage to do things differently.”

The travel company began as a small Dutch startup in 1996. Today, it is available in 45 languages and offers more than 32 million accommodation listings worldwide.

“As travel continues to evolve, our mission remains simple: make it easier for everyone to experience the world,” said Jess Valade, global head of brand at Booking.com. “72andSunny brings the creative ambition to help us bring that mission to life with the energy and optimism at the heart of our brand.”

The agency’s first creative work begins in early 2027. The Booking.com account follows other new business wins, including Heineken, Indeed and Midnite. Convergence reports a $386 million budget in the U.S. split between in-house for online and the agency offline.

72andSunny has offices in Amsterdam, Los Angeles, New York, Singapore, Sydney and Toronto.
