Topol Upped To Chief Creative Officer, Oberland

Lisa Topol has been promoted to Chief Creative Officer, Oberland after two years as managing partner-ECD.

Bill Oberlander, agency co-founder and CCO, will become creative chairman.

Oberlander called Topol “a powerful writer and dynamic leader who has helped Oberland scale and create more positive change.”

Prior to Oberland, Topol was CCO of DDB New York. She has worked at various agencies, including Wieden + Kennedy, J. Walter Thompson, TBWA\Chiat\Day and Grey.

Account work includes IBM, Nike, Motorola, JetBlue and the NFL. Her award shelf includes Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils and Effies.

Most recently, she headed the "So Many Dicks" campaign that highlighted the lack of women and diversity in corporate board rooms.

“Blending creativity with doing good in the world is when this job sings to me,” said Topol. “Now I get to live my little advertising dream every day.”

The agency's roster includes E.L.F., Beauty, Michaels, Thinx and The Nature Conservancy.
