Totino's Pizza Rolls enlisted the co-stars of the comedy show “I Think You Should Leave” in a new campaign “Chazmo Goes Home.”
The duo — Tim Robinson and Sam Richardson — confront an alien who has consumed their snacks. When they ask for money to replace the eaten food, the extraterrestrial reminds them that 10 Totino’s Pizza Rolls sell for about $1.
Dentsu Creative produced the spots.
Ads kicked off this month on streamers, online video, social media and partner channels, including Paramount, Hulu, Peacock and Vix.
The ads were created with writer Zach Kanin, co-creator, producer and writer of “I Think You Should Leave” and “Detroiters,” and director Alice Mathias of “I Think You Should Leave.”

Alyssa Ollis, group creative director, Dentsu Creative, told Agency Daily: "We’ve been working with the Totino’s brand team at General Mills for the past three years, pushing the brand tone to be funnier and more absurd with each new campaign. We knew Tim and Sam would be the most ridiculous duo we could think of to bring the value prop of 10 Totino’s Pizza Rolls for about a dollar to life. Their anti-comedy comedy is so unique and their chemistry on set was great to watch. It’s been incredible working alongside Zach Kanin and Alice Mathias, to bring this spot out into the world."
Dentsu Creative work has included 7-Eleven, KPN, Vice World News, Crayola and Oreo.
