Musante is a 15-year ad vet. After leaving Huge in 2021, he joined fintech startup Masterworks.com as the first vice president, head of brand. He has also held creative roles at BBDO New York, Saatchi & Saatchi and Anomaly. At Havas, he was managing director/group ECD.
For Glow, he will oversee all creative and develop go-to-market strategy.An award winner, Musante has produced campaigns for many top brands, including Nike, Verizon, Amazon, Delta and Goldman Sachs.
Based in New York, he reports to Howie Kleinberg, partner-president at Glow.

The agency's client work includes the 2024 Paris Olympics, TBS, Apple TV, MGM+ and the NBA.
