Second Childhood: The Post Chicken & Beer Serves Adult Happy Meals


A Colorado restaurant group thinks it's time to give adults a food break.

So The Post Chicken & Beer, with seven locations in Denver, has launched a new promotion: The Adult Happy Meal.

TDA Boulder supplied the creative. The campaign includes social media graphics, print, and targeted digital advertising.

Geared specifically for takeout, the Adult Happy Meal includes The Post's crispy fried chicken, a choice of side, an (alcohol-optional) beverage, and a limited-edition branded sticker sheet and drink koozie.

“Parents give up a lot in the current all-in approach to raising children. It seems only fair to recognize they could use some recognition, love and alcohol from time to time,” said Jonathan Schoenberg, ECD, TDA Boulder.

The agency's client work includes First Bank, DPS Skis, Ibotta and Daiya.
