Independent full-service advertising agency Chemistry has named Javier Santana CXO of its digital unit, React Digital @ Chemistry.   

Santana has over 25 years of experience in creative, technology, and digital experiences and joins Chemistry from Launch, where he served as Co-Founder and CXO for over 13 years.  

The agency said he is tasked with driving innovation within the strategy, UX/UI, and creative departments. He will also spearhead the development and implementation of systematic approaches, creating scalable intellectual property that enhances React Digital’s market offerings and drives sustainable growth.  

Chemistry has offices in New York, Atlanta, Miami, Phoenix and Pittsburgh. Clients include Five Guys, Netflix, the NBA, and GoTo Foods.
