Jamie Posnanski has been appointed CEO at global media and creative advisor, MediaSense. Posnanski, an Accenture Song veteran, succeeds co-founder and current CEO, Graham Brown, who will become the company’s executive chairman.
Posnanski founded avVenta, a digital agency that was acquired by Accenture Interactive (now Song) in 2012. Posnanski became a senior executive, responsible for growing the agency’s content, digital media, personalization, CRM, commerce and marketing operations, helping to build the division into a $12 billion digital agency.

He left Song in 2023 and set up a consultancy to advise companies on strategy, operations and other areas.
At MediaSense, Posnanski is tasked with driving the firm’s next phase of growth. His appointment follows two M&A deals by the company this year, including the acquisition last month of R3 Worldwide. Earlier it bought PwC’s Marketing & Media Advisory team.
Those transactions are part of an ambitious expansion plan developed when Apiary Capital acquired a majority stake in MediaSense in 2021.
The R3 acquisition expanded the firm’s footprint in North America and Asia and also broadened its service to clients beyond media operations into marketing operations, including content and creative.
