Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has a
special holiday message for travelers: Stay in touch with family – but stay with us.
Its new “Stay Close” campaign, created by Havas New York, delivers 6- and 15-second spots across digital video, connected TV, YouTube, social and email in the U.S. and Canada. The work runs through the end of the year.
The campaign captures both humorous and critical family moments, from “You got to eat like a wild animal,” to giving jumper cables as a surprise gift.
“Using a social-first approach with playful, short-form content, we’re showing up in the moments where people need us most this holiday season, with a message that’s as reassuring as it is relatable: Skip the lumpy couch. Stay at a Hotel by Wyndham instead,” Marissa Yoss, vice president media and brand marketing, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, told Agency Daily.

Holiday travelers can earn 7,500 bonus Wyndham rewards points – enough for a free stay at thousands of Hotels by Wyndham – when they stay two nights, consecutive or not, through January 20, 2025.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts comprises 25 hotel brands, such as Super 8, Days Inn, Ramada, Microtel, LaQuinta and Wyndham.
