New York-based independent media agency Noble People has named John
Gladysz head of product. The role is new.
Gladysz will develop go-to-market client solutions combining the agency’s expertise in business strategy, media planning, media buying and
data analytics.

Gladysz previously served as Havas Media's U.S. head of marketing experience planning. He also was a senior vice president of analytics for
Universal McCann and held other leadership roles at Barkley and Interpublic Group.
The agency added projects this year from Marco’s Pizza, Stripe, and Oofos. Other clients include BJ’s
Wholesale Club, Coca-Cola and Cresco.
