Retailers have a pair of new tools to strengthen post-purchase communications across the globe, including an AI-driven email function.

ParcelLab introduced the solutions, pL Copilot and AI Email Editor, at NRF 2025: Retail’s B Show Convention in New York.

AI Email Editor uses AI to automate and personalize email messages, including order confirmations and exception notifications. It features built-in translation in over 160 languages, supporting tailored experiences across markets and languages, the company claims. 

This ensures that retailers can engage diverse audiences while delivering a localized experience, it adds.

Copilot is an AI assistant that helps teams optimize customer communications and touchpoints.

The solution is integrated directly into the ParcelLab platform and helps retailers deliver personalized post-purchase updates and improve operational workflows without requiring technical expertise.

In addition, Copilot delivers personalized recommendations, and access to parcelLab’s developer resources.

ParcelLab is a post-purchase software provider, enabling global enterprises to increase top-line revenue, decrease operational costs, and optimize the customer experience. The company supports communications in 175 countries. 

The firm seeks to provide “intuitive, automated solutions for post-purchase workflows and communications,” says Giles Whiting, CEO of ParcelLab.

“Retailers operate in a fast-paced environment where customer expectations and operational requirements evolve rapidly,” Whiting observes.
