AI Email Editor uses AI to automate and personalize email messages, including order confirmations and exception notifications. It features
built-in translation in over 160 languages, supporting tailored experiences across markets and languages, the company claims.
This ensures that retailers can engage diverse audiences
while delivering a localized experience, it adds.
Copilot is an AI assistant that helps teams optimize customer communications and touchpoints.
The solution is integrated directly into
the ParcelLab platform and helps retailers deliver personalized post-purchase updates and improve operational workflows without requiring technical expertise.

In addition, Copilot
delivers personalized recommendations, and access to parcelLab’s developer resources.
