Agency Merger: EBD, Merrick Creative Join Forces


Two creative agencies, Merrick Creative and Ellen Bruss Design are merging.

Denver-based EBD, which launched in 1990, will become part of Merrick Creative, combining decades of expertise in branding, marketing and design across industries such as real estate, food and beverage, hospitality and consumer products. 

Ellen Bruss, EBD’s founder-creative director, and her team, will join Merrick Creative, adding digital strategy services.

Clients of the enhanced entity include Naturipe Farms, Hammonds Candy, Gen Digital (with brands such as Norton, Avast, Lifelock), Hoffman & Associates and Continuum Partners.

Tom Frank will serve as chief creative officer, Jason Smith is CEO.

Merrick Creative is located in Greenbelt, Maryland.
