Breezemail.ai, a supplier of email management technology powered by AI, has been acquired by Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc., a company focused on data security and privacy.
The terms were not disclosed.
The goal is to enhance email security even as cyber threats grow.

Breezemail.ai leverages machine-learning algorithms that manage mailboxes for end users of Microsoft Office365 and Google Gsuite Gmail. In addition, it facilitates direct management of inboxes from outside the service provider.

“End users should be able to keep their mailbox organization rules private, change them at will, and have a simple interface for managing this,” Remillard continues. “Breezemail.ai enables this capability in a few mouse clicks and gives the user ultimate control.”
He adds: “Even more importantly, the users' private rules and decisions are not shared with any service provider."
Data443 offers a threat detection tool called Cyren that it says is useful in fighting spam. The acquisition will result in easy integration of Cyren with Breezemail.ai’s capabilities.
