The Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) has appointed Patrick Dolan chief operating officer. The role is new.
Dolan will lead OAAA’s operations and finances and report to OAAA’s president and CEO, Anna Bager.

Dolan has a strong background in industry trade group leadership. He held senior posts at the IAB for 13 years, including serving as chief financial officer and then president of the group from 2017 to 2020. During his tenure as president, he is credited with increasing its revenue from $7 million to more than $40 million.
Over the past year he has served as a senior advisor to OAAA, helping to shape strategic initiatives and operational priorities. He’s known Bager since their days working together at the IAB.
After leaving the IAB, Dolan cofounded and served as chief operating officer of startup FxM where he led fintech solutions to streamline media operations and reduce advertising financing costs for clients.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Google, developing international finance and data infrastructure for DoubleClick and The Locomotion Channel, where he managed operations across 13 countries.
