Lucy McLellan co-hosts an all-agency marketing
summit at Stellantis
Stellantis is tweaking the duties of its existing marketing team while it looks to fill several key positions.
Lucy McLellan, senior vice president, global chief marketing and communications officer at Jeep since February 2022, adds the title of head of marketing, North America. She reports to Olivier Francois, global CMO of Stellantis Group.
McLellan said in a LinkedIn post that her move is “part of a global redesign.”
“My new team will lead content, advertising, events, sponsorships, partnerships, social media, licensing and merchandising as well as branded entertainment across Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat and Alfa Romeo,” she writes.
McLellan co-hosted an all-agency marketing summit in Detroit attended by more than 300 agency partners.

“We collectively geared up for what will be an epic year for Stellantis — with an unprecedented level of new product launches across our iconic house of brands,” she writes.
Rajoielle Register continues as senior vice president, regional marketing performance, North America. She reports to Antonio Filosa, COO, Stellantis Americas, American brands (Jeep, Ram, Dodge and Chrysler.)
Essentially, McLellan is heading the creative side, and Register is heading media strategy. McLellan’s move was lateral.
Stellantis was the only automaker to advertise on this year’s Super Bowl, including a 2-minute long spot for Jeep featuring Harrison Ford that has been viewed 33 million times on YouTube alone.
Bob Broderdorf, chief executive officer of Jeep, posted about the brand’s decision to be there.
“We wanted to remind everyone of the passion that fuels the Jeep brand,” said Broderdorf, the longtime Stellantis executive who shifted from Ram to Jeep in September. “We wanted our loyal owners and dealers to know that we hear them, we are fully committed, and we’re investing in you, your path, and your love of this iconic, legendary brand. That’s why we were on your screen Sunday evening. And that’s why you’ll see more from us in 2025 than ever before.”
Meanwhile, Maserati North America is advertising to fill open positions including senior experiential marketing manager and marketing media manager.
Former Lucid CMO Andrea Soriani was hired to lead Maserati in November. Nicole Longhini joined as director of marketing for the region, reporting directly to Soriani.
Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands are looking for an advertising manager who will be responsible for the creation, execution and implementation of consumer-facing content.
