Havas CFO Francois Laroze is taking on the additional duties of Global Chief Operating Officer. 

According to the company Laroze will work with the group’s Executive Committee and the financial team to deliver on the goals disclosed in the company’s prospectus when it went public again last December, including increased organic growth and improved profit margins.  

Last year the company’s organic revenues declined 0.8% but it’s outlook for 2025 is to achieve growth of greater than 2% with a pre-tax profit margin of between 12.5% and 13.5%. The company has set a goal of boosting that margin to between 14% and 15% by 2028. 

Laroze, an 18-year veteran of the company, will also focus on cost management and “ensuring recurrent cash flow generation.”
