
Croud has promoted Kris Tait to the agency's Chief Business
Officer.
Previously a managing director, Tait worked with CEO Luke Smith to established the first Croud office in New York 10 years ago.
During his U.S. tenure, the team grew from an
office of one to more than 150 people. It also added key wins, such as Nespresso, Chime, General Electric Appliances and New York-Presbyterian. In the last five years, Croud achieve a 47% compound
annual growth rate.
“From the moment we brought Kris into Croud, he has been instrumental in scaling our revenue, securing major client partnerships and building a world-class
team,” said Smith. “A natural leader, he’s not only shaped our U.S. growth but our global strategy, as well.”
Tait will continue to lead growth
strategy, client leadership and strategic planning in the U.S. in the New York and Atlanta offices, while developing new revenue streams and geographic growth.
“Moving
forward, as we continue to strengthen our footprint stateside, my focus will be on expanding our successes and building new partnerships in alignment with the agency’s long-term plans,”
Tait added.
Founded in 2011, Croud has acquired Born Social and Vert Digital in the last few years. Brand work includes Audible, IWG, Selfridges and Prime Video. Born
Social’s client list including Ford, Barclays and Diageo.
