Fiverr Helps Creators Personalize AI

Fiverr, an online marketplace that connects freelancers with clients, tapped Brett Gelman ("Stranger Things") and Sydney Cole Alexander ("Severance") for its latest ad campaign.

Two spots — "Nobody Cares" and "Not Just Another AI" — promote Fiverr Go, which help creators personalize AI with their own work. In the latter ad, Gelman plays another AI who gets transformed when an artist (Alexander) trains him to emulate her style, rather than copy it, in a parody of "Ghost."

Creative was done in-house, along with Left Productions. Jonathan Zames directed.

The mockumentary campaign airs nationally across streaming channels and online. It targets freelancers in writing, voiceover and illustration to illustrate how they can scale their business.

Instead of AI controlling humans, a dystopian story line you might see in 'Stranger Things,' we built Fiverr Go to enable freelancers to reclaim their creative power in an AI-driven world," said Matti Yahav, Fiverr CMO. "Brett perfectly embodies our vision of creators thriving with AI as their partner, maintaining ownership of their work while dramatically expanding what they can accomplish."

Fiverr Go is limited to approved talent who maintain exceptional reviews.
