Gale named Sanjeev Gosain as its new Chief Operating Officer. He will be based in the Toronto office.

Before joining Gale as a founding member, where he worked in management and operations, Gosain held technology and delivery positions at TravelEdge and SapientNitro.

Founded in 2014, the agency has offices in New York, Singapore, Toronto, Denver, Los Angeles, London, Austin, Kansas City and Bengaluru.

Client work includes Delta Air Lines, Brinker International’s Chili’s, Diageo and Chipotle.

The new COO will work with the agency’s leadership team to optimize both internal and client operations.

In addition to Gosain, 109 employees were promoted across the agency's global offices, representing nearly 15% of its workforce.
