The designation is part of a multiyear sponsorship agreement between Ocean Spray and the Leagues Cup. Ocean Spray described the partnership as representing an extension of “Just Add Cran,” the masterbrand campaign Ocean Spray introduced last June.
To kick off the partnership, Ocean Spray launched a sweepstakes running through July 6 giving fans a chance to win hundreds of prizes, including a trip to the Leagues Cup Final, by scanning the receipt for bottles of qualifying Ocean Spray juices and uploading them to the sweepstakes landing page. The partnership will also include game-day recipes from the brand.

Soccer United Marketing (SUM) Chief Revenue Officer Carter Ladd added that the brand was “entering into its first sponsorship at a time when the popularity of soccer in North America is at an all-time high."
Leagues Cup games kick off on July 29, and will run through August 31, featuring 18 MLS clubs and 18 from Liga MX.
The new collaboration follows Ocean Spray partnering with “Mean Girls” for the comedy classic’s twentieth anniversary last September.
