Creative agency and production company Los York has signed award-winning designer and creative director Jeff Lam, previously creative director at Omnicom’s TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he led high-profile campaigns for Gatorade and Levi’s.
His latest work for Gatorade features Kendrick Lamar—the first time the brand has used a celebrity musician in its advertising. The spot (“Lose More. Win More”) features Lamar delivering a motivational speech to a handful of NBA and WNBA stars including Jayson Tatum and Caitlin Clark.

Prior to TBWA\Chiat\Day, Lam was creative director on Activision at Stagwell’s 72andSunny, where he is credited with launching a major campaign for the game “Call of Duty.”
His work has garnered multiple awards at top global festivals including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, ADC, Clio Awards, and Effies.
