It wasn’t immediately clear if the roles were new at the agency.

The hires follow the departure earlier this month of Sean Reardon as CEO of the Americas Media Practice, with Will Swayne, global practice president, adding Reardon’s U.S. duties to his responsibilities.

Ogburn joins from IPG, where he most recently served as global chief growth officer of UM Worldwide, and is credited with landing clients for the agency including Geico, General Mills, and Levi’s.

Claudio was previously president at marketing agency FKA (Formerly Known As) and earlier president and chief operating officer at Publicis Groupe media agency Zenith.

Kodish was most recently chief data officer at Syndesis Health and earlier held senior roles at Publicis, CapGemini and Cognizant.

The firm noted that the expanded team follows recently added new clients including Solo Stove, eBay, Zaxby’s, and Dollar General.
