Apartment.com Holds 'Secret' To Easy Rentals

Renters have a lot of information to sort through — apartment options, neighborhoods, price. Apartments.com hopes to make it easier.

Its 2025 campaign returns Jeff Goldblum, the brand’s spokescharacter (Brad Bellflower), to show how the site efficiently addresses the needs of renters and landlords.

The target audience is young-skewing renters.

Santa Monica-based RPA is responsible for the four TV spots: “Zoom,”  “Secret,”   “Team of Yous”  and   “Out of the Woodwork.”  The campaign is running on nearly all major media channels, including TV and streaming video.

For digital, audio and social (TikTok, Meta and Snapchat), the ads emphasize pet-friendly listings and focus on the convenience of applying to a new apartment from anywhere.

Perrin Anderson, SVP/group creative director, RPA, told Agency Daily: “This campaign brings more dimension to Apartments.com, showing it as the cutting-edge platform for really everything to do with renting, renting out, and even managing, any sort of place. Apartments.com just hit its 10-year anniversary and earned a Gold Effie for Sustained Success.

RPA’s client work includes Honda, Homes.com, La-Z-Boy and Pocky.
