
Seasoned ad exec Ricardo
Franco is now executive creative director at BBDO New York.
He will lead creative for the AB InBev portfolio, which includes Budweiser and Michelob Ultra. Franco reports to chief creative
officer Michael Aimette.
Prior to BBDO, he held the position of ECD BBH New York. Franco's career also includes agency posts at David Madrid, TBWA\Chiat\Day, R/GA New York and
Africa DDB.
He is credited with producing key campaigns, such as “Billie Jean King Your Shoes” for Adidas, “This Billboard Is Yours to Take” for Budweiser, “The
Fake News Stand” for Columbia Journalism Review, and “The Prime Ball” for Amazon Prime Video, to name a few.
Aimette said Franco, ranked the fifth-most-awarded
creative director globally by Cannes Lions, “finds great opportunities in every brief, even the smallest ones, and turns them into big things.”
