
Mocean just named
Jared Sapolin vice president-creative director.
Prior to this, he spent a decade at Mark Woollen & Associates leading campaigns for "Severance," "The Substance" and "La La Land." He also
directed The Washington Post's "Democracy Dies in Darkness" Super Bowl ad with Tom Hanks.
Previously, he was vice president, creative advertising at Sony Pictures, working on "The
Social Network" and "Django Unchained." Sapolin is based in Los Angeles.
In addition, the agency appointed Ryan Bucci as head of creative, brand and social. In his new role, Bucci will lead
creative in these areas for various clients, including PlayStation, North Italia, Netflix, Cheesecake Factory and Amazon Prime Video.
Before joining Mocean, Bucci served as vice president,
executive creative director at Publicis Groupe, in charge of the Campbell’s and Jim Beam accounts.
