One spiked pink lemonade has joined up with the equally pink-loving ride service Lyft to bring customers together this summer.
Minute Maid Spiked Vodka Pink Lemonade has partnered with Lyft on several upcoming summer cobranded activations, OOH and in-car executions.
The Minute Maid-branded RTD, which maker Red Tree Beverages claims is the first nationally available ready-to-drink vodka pink lemonade, will begin the summer with a pop-up for attendees 21+ in Houston on June 28, followed by Atlanta on July 11. The events will “bring fuss-free fun to a night out for folks in major cities and provide not only an opportunity to try (the new RTD lemonade), but a local meeting place and the chance to snag some swag.” Giveaways will include Lyft ride credits.
Select Lyft vehicles in pop-up markets will also feature Minute Maid Spiked car wraps, the design a “nod to summer sunsets and pink skies.” Some Lyft customers may be “surprised” with a $5 credit off their ride, courtesy of Minute Maid Spiked.

“We’re thrilled to be …. the first alcohol partner to debut these features for consumers to get to and from their favorite summer event responsibly,” said Rachael Waddell, senior director, Red Tree Beverages, in the announcement. “Both Lyft and Minute Maid Spiked Vodka Pink Lemonade are all about connecting people to the moments that matter—safely—and of course, bringing pink to the party, so for us this collaboration was a no-duh.”
Minute Maid has also inserted pink lemonade-branded car icons into the Lyft map itself through the July 4 holiday weekend.
Minute Maid Spiked is promoting the collaboration and upcoming pop-ups via its social media platforms @minutemaidspiked and @minutemaidspikedvodka.
